Description
This introductory session offers participants a glimpse into the fundamentals of freediving. Conducted exclusively in our on-site pool, the training focuses on essential breath-hold techniques and static apnea practices.
Duration: Up to 4 hours
Academic
The Basic Freediving Training consists of the following phases:
- Knowledge development about freediving principles.
- Confined water session to learn breathhold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea. Goal – static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 metres/80 feet.

Equipment
Participants will use a mask, snorkel, and fins during the session. While it’s recommended to use gear specifically designed for freediving, participants may use their own snorkeling equipment if available. Please consult with the instructor regarding the gear requirements.
