شروط وأحكام تسجيل رحلات الغوص

أولاً: شروط التسجيل

•  يشترط أن يكون المتقدم يحمل شهادة غوص معتمدة من إحدى المنظمات الدولية (PADI – SSI – NAUI أو ما يعادلها).
• تقديم البطاقه المدنية أو جواز السفر عند الطلب.
• الموافقه على الشروط و الاحكام
• الحضور قبل الموعد بـ 15–30 دقيقة.
• إبلاغ المنظم مسبقاً في حال الحاجة لمعدات غوص إضافية.
• يحتفظ المنظم بحق رفض تسجيل أي مشارك اذا تبين أنه غواص غير مؤهل لاعتبارات السلامة.

ثانياً: إرشادات وسلامة الغوص

• الالتزام بتعليمات المدرب أو قائد الرحلة في كل الأوقات.
• عدم الغوص بدون زميل (Buddy System).
• عدم تجاوز العمق المسموح حسب الشهادة.
• مراجعة خطة الغوص قبل بدء الرحلة.
• عدم لمس أو إتلاف الشعب المرجانية أو الحياة البحرية.
• إبلاغ القائد فوراً عند الشعور بأي تعب أو أعراض غير طبيعية.

سياسة الإلغاء واسترجاع الرسوم

• الإلغاء قبل 36 ساعة: استرجاع 100% من المبلغ.
• الإلغاء قبل أقل من 36 ساعة : لا يوجد استرجاع.
• يحق للمنظم إلغاء الرحلة لسوء الأحوال الجوية أو أسباب فنية.
• في حال إلغاء المنظم: استرجاع كامل المبلغ أو إعادة الجدولة.

أحكام عامة

• رسوم الحجز تُدفع مسبقاً لتأكيد المقعد.
• المنظم غير مسؤول عن تلف أو فقدان الممتلكات الشخصية.
•  الالتزام بسياسة المعدات واللباس اللائق
• التسجيل يعني الموافقة على جميع الشروط.

Diving Trip Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Registration Requirements

• Participants must hold a valid diving certification from an internationally recognized organization (PADI, SSI, NAUI, or equivalent) for trips requiring certification.
• A valid ID or passport must be presented when requested.
• Arrival to the meeting point must be 15–30 minutes before departure time.
• If rental equipment is needed, the participant must inform the organizer in advance (additional fees may apply).
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if the participant is not a certified diver or deemed unfit for safety reasons.

2. Safety Guidelines

• All participants must follow the instructions of the dive leader or instructor at all times.
• Diving without a buddy is not allowed (Buddy System).
• Participants must not exceed the depth limit or planned time specified by their certification level.
• The dive plan must be reviewed before entering the water.
• Touching or damaging marine life or corals is strictly prohibited.
• Any unusual symptoms or discomfort must be reported to the dive leader immediately.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 36 hours before the trip: 100% refund.
• No-shows without prior notice: no refund.
• The organizer may cancel the trip due to weather conditions, technical issues.
• If the organizer cancels the trip: participants may choose a full refund or reschedule to another date.

4. General Terms

• Full payment is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
• The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants must comply with the equipment and safety requirements provided.
• Registering for the trip constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
