Tec 40

دورة PADI Tec 40 course is your gateway into technical diving, bridging the gap between recreational diving and full technical decompression diving. Across seven knowledge sections, four practical applications and four training dives, you’ll begin making limited decompression dives to a maximum depth of 40 metres / 130 feet.

In the Tec 40 course you’ll learn:

• The fundamentals of technical decompression diving
• How to plan and make limited decompression dives
• To use a single decompression gas with up to 50% oxygen
• Technical diving knowledge, skills and procedures
• The foundations for continuing into advanced tec training

Course materials are available in English.

You’ll dive a technical configuration with double (twin) cylinders and a decompression cylinder for enriched air / oxygen up to 50%. Our team will help you assemble and set up the appropriate gear.

To enrol in Tec 40 you need:

• PADI Enriched Air Diver
• PADI Deep Diver, or proof of 10+ dives to 30 m / 100 ft
• A minimum of 30 logged dives
• To be at least 18 years old
• A Diver Medical signed by a physician within the last 12 months
